Museum Of The Sea In Sete

Two blocks integrate together, and different sizes contrast each other. simple windows and pure blocks shape beautiful facade.
A ramp guides visitors in horizontal and vertical directions. Short walls with small windows add more functions to this ramp, because the space below the ramp can be highlighted by these windows.
The height of windows relates to works in exhibition, avoiding excessive daylight and shaping more space for exhibition.
Different kinds of works in exhibition may demands different level of illuminance, so different kinds of windows in various height can be used.

Skylight is used to highlight the traffic space, for example, the stair and the corridor.

The visit is presented in a way which displays three different sequence on the same floor.

From this building, I can study the way of designing windows in accordance with exhibition. And also, the method of creating space can be used in my project as well.
